For used products, exchange is allowed within 15 days if there is a manufacturing defect not mentioned in the product description.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be securely packaged when returned.
The product will be inspected upon receipt, and if approved:

A replacement will be sent based on availability and your preference.
